Thanks for showing us that ugly car and we appreciate what you guys are doing. I 100 percent understand your message And I was in that position and I still am in that position. I’m only in sixth grad and I’m always getting picked on, like on my clothes and in general in school. I hate it but you got to keep moving on. I hardly have any friends in school but I hang out with a girl who has more problems than me but I stick up for her. This year and the last year I did the stomp out bulling thing at school with my guidance consular and all my teachers bought a t shirt. Thats all I have to say and I appreciate what you guys do thanks alot. I love fast and loud!!!! Ruthie from Black River Falls Wisconsin.
Thanks so much for you support and being an awesome advocate for what we stand for Ruthie! Keep you head high, and above it! We’ll keep on fighting for you!
Thank you so much, I am doing a organizer with no kid hungry to make a difference in my commuinty . I want to make a difference. My mom showed me this website and she bought a t shirt. I hope you guys can make a huge difference in america and in the world I think bulling has gone way to far and it needs to stop.

Great guys at UGLY KID CLOTHING……love the wheels….best of both worlds, have a funny!!
Thanks so much, Paul!
Haven’t seen the episode, yet. But, I have a soft spot for station wagons, already. The pics look BAD-ASS!!! Keep ‘em coming guys!!!
The guys at Gas Monkey Garage can turn rust to gold. Wish they could do the same for my 1969 C.10 pickup!
They sure can!
That car was cool as hell, who ever thought that a station wagon could be such a cool hot rod.. & it also fits perfectly for “Ugly Kid Clothing”.. ROCK ON!!
Thanks, Frank! We think it’s perfect for us.
Im a sucker for wagons this thing is so badass i would love to burn rubber in this beast keep up the good work grease monkeys
We think so too, Bryce!
That thing sounds sooo good, gave me goosebumps! A 454 was a good choice. Enjoy guys, im super jealous :p
Thanks, Liz! We sure are enjoying it!
Bad wagon! Enjoy it!
Thanks, Robert! We certainly will!
I was really stoked to watch this episode last night, but Metrocast cable crapped out…again. I love wagons and the Kingwood that was purchased was in amazing condition, I was really looking forward to seeing how the build came together, then cable went out and I missed the rest. Love the motor with the mailbox scoop, wish it had just a little more RatFink flair, maybe zoomies instead of side pipes.
Darn! Hopefully you can catch a re-run!
SAW THE EPISODE ON FAST-N-LOUD , KILLER RIDE FOR A COOL COMPANY..WISH YOU GUYS MUCH SUCCESS. I CAN VISION THIS BRAND GROWING AND GROWING. I LOVE THE CONCEPT OF THE “MARY” SHIRT…
Thanks, Ronald! We appreciate the support!
I was wondering if you still have the Big Block you took out and if for sale. I’m a wagon owner myself a 1966 Chevelle with a Big Block. That wagon is “SICK” love it.
I THINK THIS IS AWSUM!……… IT’S COOL TO BE DIFFERANT !
Truly one of the nicest finished products this shop has done. Although they didn’t have to paint or do any real extensive rework of the care itself, the combination of parts and engine choice differential Ect was a 15 on a scale of ten . Wonderful job you Monkeys. Best regards threw out the shop. Love the show and I never miss it , Dave
I would say the “GRISWALDS” have got to be a little upset that they didn’t have this “FAMILY TRUCKSTER” for their Vacation?
Ventura G. Sr.
Awesome wagon! Reminds me of the wagon I drove to High School. Keep up the good work!
Thanks, Ventura! We think it’s awesome too!
I would kill to drive that monster! I’m in love! My dad had one of these wagons years ago and we had a blast with it!
We’re having a blast with it too, Leo!
That wagon is a beast. Love the color, the car, and the fact that there wont be another one anywhere you go. Different really is better.
True story, Sean!
Should have done the same thing for Dead Bus…;)..
I had a 454 Kingswood Estate wagon in my younger days. It was a California hippie car that I paid $400 for.
We called it the “War Wagon” and went to Dewey Beach in Delaware every summer weekend.
It got maybe 8 mpg but once it got rolling not many lead foots ever caught us.
We’re the Ugly Kids, not the monkeys. Their website is gasmonkeygarage.com
This isn’t the Gas Monkey site. Head on over to gasmonkeygarage.com to reach them. THanks!
Station wagons could make a serious comeback if they were like this! Hey, they brought back the Camaro and Challenger, so how about the Kingswood?
We agree, man! We are loving ours!
Saw the episode last night. You guys nailed it with the Ugly Kid theme & all. How Richard explained the concept it is the perfect image for ugly kid clothes. Basically states that go ahead & mess with me now, I’ll be back older, bigger & badass! So how do you like me now?
Exactly, Jack! We’re glad that you feel us!
Its a holden ??? Holden kingswood from australia? So awesome…. Like it
No, this is a US Chevrolet Kingswood.
The Holden Kingswood is way smaller and looks nothing like this one.
Nice car!! I had one like it with a 402 BB. Do you have stores in Canada?
We don’t have any storefronts, but you can order off of our site!
You guys had turned a pile Manure into a nice fresh beautiful salad. Well done!
I have always been a fan of the Hot Rod station wagon. The build was perfect,
We agree, Keith! We are loving it!
Great wagon. They do have wagons out there, I have one it’s a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Just because it has 4 – wheel drive doesn’t mean it ain’t a station wagon. Next time you see one stand back and take a look. Have a great week, jOe
They did not show any of the tuning. No one just gets in and fires up a blower motor without a bunch of tuning. However, that said the project turned out great! Would like to see what Aron would do with my 68 Riviera
I’m a gas monkey freak as well as a foose freak what them guys do with piles of what was is truley beyond scope of most ppl. Ugly kids what you do also is truely beyond alot of ppl’s scope, KUDOS to you guys and what you stand for cause alot of america has forgotten what it’s like to just be yourself.
Thanks for the support, man!
BTW I LOVE GROCERY GETTERS YOU CAN SLEEP IN THE BACK IF YOU HAVE TO !!!
Was Gas Monkey on Nov 1st. Saw the car there on the houst. When do you take.posession?
It’s all ours now!
I see Parker on Gold Rush wearing Ugly Kid stuff. How about a complimentary T-shirt for not thinking this was a Gas Monkey forum….hahahaha.
success to you and yours, Sean
Yeah, Parker is a huge fan! Thanks for the well wishes!
- es impresionante esta reforma, en Europa , y en particular en España , si reformas un coche de esta forma , primero vas a la carcel y despues ¿?..que grande es America.
That thing is freakin awesome!
cheers from germany!
We think so too, Baljan! Thanks for the shout out all the way from Germany!
Great show as always and super bad ass car brought back a ton of memories
Thanks, Frank! We can’t wait to start making tons of our own Ugly Kid memories with it!
Wagons make great Drag cars. Back in the mid 60′s our neighbor was in to Dragsters when his wife wanted a new car she wanted a Station Wagon to haul all there Kids around in. So he went to the Chevy Dealer ordered a new Wagon with a SS package, 375hp 327 and a four speed. That was one fast Grocery Getter!
My parents owned a 1971 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser, It was a big ass wagon like this and it had wood grain on the sides and it had the same tailgate setup! It had a 455ci engine in it! They sold it to my cousin when he got his license. He said it was the fastest car out of the whole school, it was bad ass!
Sounds like it was an awesome ride, Ben!
Salt Flat Jack
I was expecting Clark W. Griswold to emerge from this creation(Wagon Queen Family Truckster) A shout out to all Wally World Neophites…..LOL
This station wagon is the perfect match
For the Ulgy Kid company . Dam this ride
Is Ulgy or Fugly !!!!
We love it too, Larry!
Much respect!!! is the only statement that comes to mine when you look at what you guys are doing for the underdogs. You know the people that always get chosen last at the back yard games. The best part is there more of us than them.. Ugly Kids that is.
i think it is a cool car. keep up the great work guy’s.
LOVE the new company car, and LOVE your company’s vision! My dad got me an ugly-ass ’72 Kingswood Wagon when I was in college (the car was over 20 years old back then) that I was embarrassed by at first. But me & my friends named her MYRTLE aka “The Grocery Getter” or “Brady-Mobile”… we came to really love her and I rocked it !! Keep up the great work & give me a shout if you’re ever ready to unload that ride! ~ wagon-envy ~
Heck yeah! Gotta love the Brady Mobile!

I have a name for your wagon if you will do the honor of entertaining a suggestion. Let me explain…
When I was in my teens one of the girls in town was allowed to use the family station wagon to get to school, church, and raise Hell with (when her parents were not looking). The wagon was a Buick version of your wagon but otherwise nearly identical right down to the green paint. She was not by any measure an attractive girl – fat, zits, obnoxious personality and a voice that pierced like an ice pick in the ears. One day she moon’d the opposing high school hours before a big rivalry football game. After that she was forever known as “Moon” because as her huge gleaming bare ass with zit ‘craters’ went by hanging out the station wagon window it looked as big as a full moon crossing the sky.
None the less for all her novel shortfalls she did a lot of guy chasing but the only guys she caught were usually lame from illness or sometimes sacrificial so as the rest of us could get away (they gave their lives so the rest of us may live.) As things worked out any girl without a date could tag a ride to a dance with Moon in that giant station wagon – that huge boat of a car. And any girl stuck at a dance without a ride home knew there was always room for one more in that big green boat Moon terrorized the town with. The sight of that boat load of girls with Moon at the helm making way around town became pretty common. The guys began to call the scene ‘Moon and Tuna Boat’ but this soon shortened to just “The Tuna Boat”.
Seeing the Tuna Boat parked at YOUR destination was cause enough to divert to another plan. If the Tuna Boat was there then sure as the sunrise there were at least a half dozen dorky girls (and Moon) awaiting your arrival to torment and otherwise do all the Evil girls are experts at. If the Tuna Boat was parked at a dance, burger shop, theater, shopping mall or any place other than school or church we kept on driving. School and church were the only two places Moon was kept in check but that did not make those experiences any less uncomfortable should she look in your direction and wink.
After watching the Gas Monkey Garage feature your wagon (and terrify me with flashbacks) I got to thinking how Moon could have terrorized all us guys with that beast – we would have never been able to out run it! Another thought is if I had my hands on YOUR wagon back in my teens then think of all the ‘tuna’ I could have been hauling around!? The connotations of ‘tuna boat’ work equally as will with your wagon as they did with Moon’s – although for very different reasons.
So, in memory of Moon, will you please accept the name of “Tuna Boat” for your wagon?
hey ugly kids…lol, your clothing whats the biggest sizes you carry,,,just trying to past words the word out,,not everyone I know is in shape…I know some friends of mine take up to 6x….thanks geo,,,,,,,thanks for twittering back the other day.

We’re working on adding bigger sizes! The type of shirt we print on only goes up to 2XL, so we’re going to pick another shirt so we can get our shirts on everyone!
Love the wagon! I actually have one just like it except it is brown and it is a 1972 model Kingswood Estate wagon. I just wish it had more power. It also has the 402 engine and it literally will not even pull up the steep part of my driveway, even after new cam, lifters, carb rebuilt, etc. I need that 402 you took out of yours to put down in mine, lol – at least it would be roadworthy. Something is obviously wrong with my engine and no one can figure it out. Hopefully to get mine on the road soon! Keep up the good deeds!
**I meant I need the engine that the garage took out of the old wagon. LOL!

Car is bad A$$. Love what you guys stand for and support you 100%. Seeing them build this car gave me ideas to do the same to my 73 impala wagon, your car could have a ugly twin!!! I call her sally my full figured girl. LOL. Keep up the good work guys, and P.S. I love the under dogs!

We also love what was done, very retro and fits the car to a “t”. We all had dreams of what moms wagon would look like with a blower and Cragars, you guys nailed it!!
I finally had some time to sit down and watch some Fast n Loud last night (even though it was just because I was home sick) and caught this episode. I, for one, thought that station wagon was the coolest beast ever and was completely jealous I didn’t have the money to give for it, put I was also pleased to find out what you guys do
Hope you’re feeling better!

That 71 Kingswood Estate is sick, but I’m sure you already know that. I was wondering what the time was on that @ the track and how fast it ran. I definitely hitn you guys up for some ugly kid gear. Thanks for everything you duo
Ugly Kid represents all that I and a half-dozen classmates endured in the “70′s-”80′s!

I love the cloths, Stationwagon concept but couldn’t find on your website if the cloths are made in the USA? Can you verify this question for me please before I order a Christmas list of items for my Family. Would really like to see them manufactured in Texas. I will pay more for local merchandise.
The clothes are printed here in Texas and the labels are hand stitched on the beanies by the CEO himself at his house near LA. But the actual material for the shirts comes from outside the US.

Can you guys post the engine specs……..Love the cause, love the company. Good synergy with Gas Monkey Garage…kodos to them for the hard work they did on your new ride! A blueprinted 444 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme was the craziest thing I ever “Monkey’d” with… Might be a nice restore for GMG
